Privacy, kept simple.

RixoTech (“we”, “us”) is a digital studio for software, marketing, video, design, cloud and AI work. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything here at hello@rixotech.com.

Information you send us. When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive whatever you choose to share, usually your name, contact details, company and a description of your project.

Call bookings. If you book a call through our Google Calendar scheduler, Google collects the details you enter (such as your name and email address) and shares them with us so we can send the meeting invite and a Google Meet link.

Technical data.Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don't use this data to profile you.

We don't set any cookies. The site saves one value in your browser's local storage, rixotech-theme, which remembers whether you picked the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Third-party services you choose to use, such as the Google Calendar scheduler, WhatsApp or Telegram, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
• To prepare proposals and deliver the work you engage us for.
• To keep the website secure and running reliably.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information to take steps you ask for before entering a contract and to perform that contract, for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and to comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We share personal information only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Our website hosting provider, to serve this site.
• Google (Calendar, Meet and Workspace), for scheduling, calls and email.
• WhatsApp and Telegram, if you choose to message us there.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply. Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where required, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it's useful for the conversation, and no longer than two years after our last contact if we don't end up working together. Client project records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts, plus whatever period accounting and tax rules require.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rixotech.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to client information to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Our services are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
